What You Will Learn:

Join us in our kitchen for an unforgettable experience filled with learning, laughter and a good time. Learn how to make homemade pasta and meet new friends along the way. 

What To Expect: Let Home Chef Mario Hernandez show you his simple way to prepare two different styles of pasta at home!  In our classes you'll work together with your date in a fun, hands-on environment. The cost for this class is $100 per couple.

• Each couple will have their individual work station and supplies 
• If you register as an individual ($50), you will be required to share a work station and supplies with another individual. If you prefer to work alone and not share your workstation or supplies, you would need to secure 2 spots ($100).
• Classes are 3 hours with a sit down dinner after
• You will be cooking and working for most of the class

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled class start time. Cancellations made after the 72-hour window are not eligible for any refund.

Cancellations or class changes must be requested by:

1. Calling (512) 656-2230, or
2. Emailing cookingwithmarioh@gmail.com.

Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance for each class, cancellations made within the 72-hour window will have the following options:

• Reschedule your class for a future available date, or
• Receive a 50% refund of the total purchase amount.

We appreciate your understanding and consideration of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to properly prepare for each class and minimize food and product waste.

When Cooking with Mario Hernandez, must cancel a class due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, facility issues, etc.), we will attempt to notify you by email or telephone with as much notice as possible. If this occurs, Cooking with Mario Hernandez will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. However, if we do not affirmatively cancel a class by email or telephone and you are unable to attend, our standard cancellation policy applies. Please note that Cooking with Mario reserves the right to modify class menus at any time due to ingredient availability or seasonality.
